摘　　要：本文在对托达罗模型和杨春瑰模型提出修正意见之后 ,综合了新古典主义和结构主义方法 ,重新建立了劳动力转移模型。通过对此模型的递推求解 ,本文分析了影响劳动力转移速度和数量的因素 ,论证了户籍制度的改革和农村劳动力人力资本的提高是促进农村劳动力转移的最主要的途径。After reviewing the Todaro Model and Yang Chungui Model, this paper develops a new rural-urban labor migration model combining the analytical methods of Neoclassicism and Structuralism. By applying this model to the case of China, this paper explores the factors that affect the speed and quantity of China's rural-urban labor migration and it proves that the reform of hukou system and the improvement of rural population's human capital are the main approaches to accelerate rural-urban labor migration of China.
