摘　　要：当前,我国城镇职工下岗、失业问题日益突出,能否从理论与实践相结合的角度,在总结我国近年来就业实践基础上,解析我国就业增长与经济增长之间的关系,探讨解决失业问题的条件与机制,治理失业,增加就业,已经成为我国政府宏观管理,经济、社会运行所面临的一个重要任务。Under the present circumstances of China when urban unemployment becomes prominent due to the increasing number of laid-offs, one of the important tasks for the macro control and social, economic operation of our government is to make an investigation of the conditions of employment mechanisms so as to keep unemployment rate under control with an increase of employment rate. From the point of view of combining theory with practice, an analysis of the relationship between employment rate and economic growth rate needs to be done in accordance with the overall practical experience of employment in China in recent years.
