摘　　要：目前金融租赁在我国发展迅速。但重庆却很少金融租赁公司 ,这与其经济发展和地位极不相称。为此 ,从分析金融租赁的作用入手 ,论述了重庆发展金融租赁具有得天独厚的优势 ,提出重庆应尽快组建金融租赁公司的建议 ,以完善金融体系 ,广开金融业务 ,推动重庆经济快速、持续、健康地发展。Nowadays finance lease is developing rapidly over China. However, in Chongqing there are few companies doing such business, which does not assort with the present position of the city. This paper first deals with the functions of finance lease and the advantages of its development in Chongqing, and then proposes some suggestions as to organize finance companies in the city which helps perfect the financial system, expand financial business and facilitate the economy to develop in a fast, healthy and sustainable way.
