摘　　要：沙漠化数据库旨在系统地研究我国沙漠化发展过程与演变趋势;揭示沙漠化土地的空间分布规律;探讨沙漠化环境各种人为因素与自然因素之间的内在联系并寻求沙漠化环境与经济发展的关系。应用ARC/INFO建立沙漠化数据库的方法和过程,借助于遥感和计算机技术,把沙漠化环境参数,按空间分布特点,输入计算机系统,来建立沙漠化数据库。实现信息计算机化的存储管理、检索和综合评价分析,使信息处理加工过程压缩在自然或经济变化的周期以内,从而赢得预测、预报的时间,使沙漠化环境的动态分析由定性描述,解释现象进入到数值预报的新阶段。以便为沙漠化综合治理、全面规划、管理决策及动态监测等提供丰富的信息。This paper deals with the method to establish desertification databas by using ARC/INFO system. ItS aim is to systematically research the developmental processes nad evolutional trend of desertification in China; revealing the laws of spatial distribution of desertifled land; probing a variety of internal relations between man-nade factors and physical factors of desertification environment and searchimg for the desertification environment in relation to economic growth. The desertification database was set up by means of remofe sensing and computer techonlogy, entered parameters of desertification environment into computer system, and realized the computerization of the memory management, retrieval and integrated assessment analysis. This saves much time for prediction of desertification development trend and working out an overall planning and management policy-making.
