摘　　要：金字塔沙丘(又称星状沙丘),对其地貌形成机理的研究,前人曾作了不少工作,但由于缺乏对金字塔沙丘地貌过程的长期定位观测研究和沙丘附近风况的长期连续观测记录,从而对地貌形成机理研究进展甚微。笔者根据金字塔沙丘的分布规律与微气候条件的观测(包括金字塔沙丘流场,沙波纹、温度层结的定位观测),初步建立了金字塔沙丘形成过程的机理。Much works have been done by the predecessors on the formation mechanism of barchan, however , this is far from being the case for the pyramid dune or star dune. Based on the long-term fixed-site observation data, including the distribution laws of pyramid dunes, wind regime, fluid field, sand ripple and temperature-layer structure the authors attempted to set up a new mechanism of the formation processes of pyramid dunes.
