摘　　要：个体所获得的社会支持对其积极适应和个人发展有显著影响。文章研究范围涵盖社会支持的概念、划分、研究方法等内容。从提供支持的人数、来源、类型、影响等因素分析 。The social support that the individual has acquired greatly influences his or her personal and mental adjustment. The research of social support contains the division of concept and the research method. The research on college students' social support from different aspects such as the number of people who offer support, their origins, their types and factors which influence them has showed that the research of social support can direct the college students' how to avoid the negative feeling and how to foster the normal mentality.
