摘 要:采用由自蔓延高温还原技术合成的TiB2陶瓷粉料,在不同烧结温度下热压制取TiB2陶瓷材料,对该材料的力学性能和微观结构特征进行研究.结果表明:随着烧结温度的增加,TiB2陶瓷材料的相对密度、硬度和抗弯强度都呈现先快后慢的增加趋势,导电性能增强.TiB_(2)ceramics were sintered by hot pressing technique at different temperature with TiB_(2)ceramic powers, which are prepared by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis. They mechanical properties and microstructures were studied. The results showed that the relative density, hardness and bending strength of TiB_(2)ceramics increased quickly at first and then slowly with increasing temperature,and that their electrical conductivity also improved.
