摘　　要：介绍了酶法生产D -对羟基苯甘氨酸的研究现状 .综述了酶法生产D -对羟基苯甘氨酸的方法种类及其优缺点并对酶的来源即菌种的筛选方法做了总结 .此外 ,还简介了基因工程领域内的研究状况 .In present paper we have reviewed the progress in enzymatic synthesis of D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine.and have introduced the kinds of enzymatic synthesis of D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine and the screening methods to gain the strains which can produce D-hydantoinase and D-carbamoylase.Furthermore,we also have briefly introduced the progress in genetic engineering.
