摘　　要：介绍济钢二炼钢厂两炉对一机的全连铸生产实践经验,以及通过采取一系列技术措施,优化生产工艺,加强设备与生产管理,取得了显著效果。This paper introduces the operation experience on two converters coupled with one billet casterin full CC at No.2 steelmaking Plant of Jinan Iron & Steel Group Co. A series of technical improvingmeasures have been adopted. For example, the productive process has been optimized, and the equipmentmanagement and production management have been also strengthened. Then remarkable effects have beenachieved.
