摘　　要：通过处理主抽风机异常振动的实例 ,分析了异常振动的频谱特征和相位特征 ,最终查出了振动异常的根本原因及类型 ,认识到当发现风机振动过大时 ,不能盲目做现场平衡处理 ,必须先进行分析振动的原因。In an actual case of main exhaust fan's abnormal vibration,the features of vibration amptitude and phase are analysed,thus the cause of abnormal vibration is found out.The example shows that not always the unbalance causes abnormal vibration.Sometimes when there is heavy abnormal vibration,the actual reason must be found out.
