摘  要:为研究籼稻特矮生材料矮泰引 3的矮生性遗传,将其与高秆品种南京6号杂交,杂种F1表现为高秆,F2群体中高秆个体、半矮秆个体和矮秆个体的分离比例符合9∶6∶1的分离比,表明矮泰引 3的矮生性状受2对独立遗传的隐性主效半矮秆基因控制。选取F2群体中的半矮秆个体与南京11号测交,根据测交结果将与sd 1不等位的半矮秆株系鉴别出来,并将新的矮秆基因暂命名为sd t2;将携带sd t2的半矮秆株系与南京6号回交,BC1F2的分离情况佐证了sd t2的遗传效应的确表现为半矮秆。对BC1F2中分离出的3个半矮秆株系的种子进行赤霉素(GA3)溶液的苗期处理,幼苗生长状况表明sd t2对外源GA3处理敏感。Aitaiyin-3, a natural rice dwarf mutant originated from Taiyin 1, was crossed with a tall cultivar Nanjing 6. The F_1 individuals were as tall as the taller parent and the segregation of the F_2 generation appeared to be 9 tall∶6 semidwarf∶1 dwarf, which meant the dwarfism of Aitaiyin-3 was controlled by two recessive semi-dwarf genes without linkage. Nanjing 11, a semi-dwarf cultivar carrying sd-1 , was used as the tester to be crossed with the semidwarf individuals selected from the F_2 population. The allelism test indicated that the one semidwarf gene of Aitaiyin-3 was an allelic to sd-1 and the other was a new one nonallelic to sd-1 . Then the semidwarf F_3 lines with the new semidwarf gene were identified and backcrossed with Nanjing 6. The approximately segregation ratio of BC_1F_2 populations was 3 tall∶1 semidwarf and the semidwarfing effect of this new gene was confirmed. This gene was named as sd-t2 temporarily, since a semidwarf gene sd-t had been identified from Aitaiyin-2 which also could be traced back to Taiyin-1. At the same time, three semidwarf plants in the BC_1F_2 population from Nanjing 6 background were selected randomly and their seeds were treated with gibberellin (GA_3), contrasted with Nanjing 11 and Aitaiyin-3. The result showed sd-t2 was sensitive to exogenous GA_3.
