摘　　要：根据锅炉和压力容器企业多年的技术生产管理经验 ,从质量控制的 5个要素 (人、机、料、法、环 )对焊接质量控制和管理进行简单概述。介绍了焊材供货厂家评审和定点采购、产前试样检验、焊接质量的可追溯性控制、焊接质量控制点、停留点和见证点控制以及焊接工艺纪律检查等质量控制措施。In according to the manage experience of technology and production in boiler and pressure vessel enterprise for many years, the paper summarized simple control and management of welding quality from five elements of quality control (operator, machine, material, code and environment), and introduced the measurements of quality control such as examine to suppliers of welding materials, fixed point purchasing of welding materials, inspection to welded test specimen before production, back control of welding quality, control point, settle point, witness point , examining of welding procedure discipline and so on.
