摘 要:研究了以抗组胺剂修饰的固体支撑双层类脂膜 (s BLM)分子器件体系对组胺的电化学传感行为 .结果表明 ,在s BLM膜中镶嵌抗组胺剂 ,体系对组胺的电化学响应强烈 ,并随着组胺浓度的增加而加大 ,这主要是由于组胺与抗组胺剂的特异性对抗效应引起的 .在接近通常的生理条件下 (pH =7.5 ) ,响应电流与组胺的浓度在 3.0~ 6 0 .0 μg/L呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数为 0 .9878,表现出较高的灵敏度、选择性及良好的稳定性 .该体系可以在 - 2 0 0mV下用伏安法检测组胺的浓度 。The electrochemical biosensor properties of the molecular devices based on solid supported bilayer lipid membranes were investigated. The results showed that the system embedded with antihistaminic agent had strong response for the histamine. The response currents for the histamine will rise following the increasing concentrations of the histamine, as a result of the special opposing effect between histamine and antihistamine. Near the normal physiological condition (pH=7.5), a good linearity occurred for the current response against histamine concentration ranging from 3.0 to 60.0 μg/L, and the relation coefficient R is 0.9878. All the experiments mentioned above showed good sensitivity, selectivity and stability. This system can measure the concentration of histamine under -200 mV by voltammetry and be expected to form the electrochemical biosensor with high stability and low detection limit.
