摘　　要：随着“国家防汛指挥系统”工程的正式启动,山西省防汛决策支持系统的建设将提上议事日程,文中主要从系统建设的必要性、现状、功能设计和软件开发技术等方面初步探讨山西省防汛决策支持系统的建设。Accompanying the start of National Command System of Flood Control,the construction of the flood control decision support system of Shanxi is placed on the agenda.In the paper,the primary probes of the necessity,the present situation,the function design and the software development technology of the construction of the flood control decision support system of Shanxi are proposed.
