摘　　要：旧城住区更新是目前城市发展的主题之一,在分析其理论沿革和现状的基础上,较为系统地阐述和剖析了无锡惠峰新村支撑体住宅和北京菊 儿胡同新四合院在基本原理和方法上的异同,以期对旧城住区更新的探索和发展有所裨益。Residential area renewal in Chinese old cities is one of important themes of urban development. After analyzing its theoretical evolution and present practical situation, this paper compared the supporting residential house in Wuxi with the new courtyard house of Ju'er Hutong in Beijing in basic principles and general methods. It is expected to be helpful for renewing residential areas in old cities.
