摘　　要：在人类可持续发展的大背景下,把住居看做大自然中的有机生命体,创造性地将生物基因理论引入地区绿色住居的研究中。运用其科学原理。把住居生成与发展的内在规律视为住居的调控机制,把人们对各个环境因素的应对称为住居的“地域基因”,试图从深层次把握绿色住居的生成与发展机理,为可持续的人居环境建设提供科学的方法和依据。With the background of human sustainable strategy, the authors take human settlement as an organic part of nature and introduce gene theory to the study of regional green settlement creatively. Referring to scientific law, this paper regards the inherent rules that affect human settlement as adjusting mechanism and calls human response towards environment as 'regional gene'. Through the research, the authors try to supply a more scientific method for constructing sustainable human settlement.
