摘　　要：从战略管理的角度出发 ,对网络信息时代的高校图书馆进行SWOT分析 ,以识别机会和威胁、优势和劣势。高校图书馆的发展对策关键在信息资源的共建共享、信息服务的拓展、人力资源的开发与利用、市场营销观念的引入、公共关系的运用。This article aims to find the development strategies of university libraries at the internet era, based on SWOT analysis. The main measures are the sharing and development of information resources and services, utilization of human resources, application of market and public relations.
