海员安全意识初步研究

摘　　要：本研究采用自编的海员安全意识量表(SSCS)对367名海员的安全意识进行了问卷调查,结果显示:(1)绝大多数海员的安全意识软强;(2)不同年龄、工龄、海龄组海员的安全意识无显著差异;(3)甲板部海员的法制观念显著低于轮机部海员;(4)高级海员的责任感和合作性显著低于普通海员;(5)不同文化程度、来源与婚姻状况海员的安全意识没有显著差异。The safety consciousness of 367 seafarers was surveyed by SSCS, a self-compiled scale. The result of the questionnaire indicated that (1) the majority of the seafarers showed strong safety consciousness ; (2) there were no significant difference in seafarers of different ages, working ages and sea ages; (3) the legal consciousness of the deck department seafarers was much weaker than that of the engine department seafarers; (4)senior seafarers'cooperation and responsibility consciousness was much weaker than those of the ordinary seafarers; (5) there was no significant influence of education background, origin, and marital status on seafarers' safety consciousness.
