摘　　要：在六安市行政中心设计中,为了使人造环境与自然环境相融合,设计者贯彻了可持续发展与开放建筑的设计理念,并针对当前政府常采用的高层集中式办公楼形式,提出了一种行政中心设计的新模式——散式呈网络状布局的办公建筑。这种模式主要具有两方面内容:1、从环境保护和地域文化的角度考虑建筑的可持续发展;2、从城市开放空间和开放建筑的理念上体现现代行政中心的特点。The theory of sustainable development and theideas of open building are carried out in Liu An City administration center design for integrating artificial surroundingswith natural environment. Meanwhile, compared with the ubiquitous centralized high government buildings, a new designmodel, an administration center with decentralized-networklayout, is brought forward. In this model, the sustainable development of building is considered more from the perspectives of environment protection and regional culture. The ideasof urban open space and open building are materialized in thefeatures of the modern administration center.
