产毒素多杀巴氏杆菌在猪萎缩性鼻炎病因中的作用研究——给用醋酸处理或不处理的猪接种产毒素多杀巴氏杆菌引起的鼻腔病变比较

摘　　要：用产毒素多杀巴氏杆菌单独接种到未作任何处理的仔猪鼻腔,细菌被迅速清除,鼻甲骨不发生明显萎缩。对仔猪鼻腔用1％醋酸预先处理2天后,再接种产毒素多杀巴氏杆菌,该菌则可在鼻腔长期定居,引起严重的鼻甲骨萎缩;如再混合感染支气管败血波氏杆菌时,猪萎缩性鼻炎的病理变化和临床指征明显加重。试验结果表明,与支气管败血波氏杆菌一样,某些非传染因素也可促进产毒素多杀巴氏杆菌在猪鼻腔定居,从而导致持续性萎缩性鼻炎的发生。When toxigenic Pm were single inoculated into nasal cavities of piglets without any treatments, the bacteria were rapidly cleaned, so no concha atrophy happened. When Pm were inoculated into nasal cavities of the piglets treated by 1% acetic acid two days ago, the bacteria s-ettled down there for a long time and caused s-erious concha atrophy. If the piglets are mixedly infected with B. bronchiseptica again, pathologic changes and clinical signs of the affected piglets will be exacerbated obviously.
