摘　　要：通过薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳对牦牛血红细胞Cu、Zn-SOD电泳行为分析,表明该酶在电泳谱上呈现3条相距较近的带,分布于pH4.78～4.95区域,与其他来源的Cu、Zu-SOD显示一定差异。That using thin-layer isoelectrofocusing elec-trophoresis technique, the electrophoregram of copper, zinc-superoxide dismutase (Cu, Zn-SOD) was analyzed showed the enzyme had three bands closing each other and being distributed in ,(?)H 4.78 to 4.95 region in the electrophoretic spect-um, and was different from ehat olother species.
