摘 要:用免疫花环法检测了15例10日龄鸡传染性支气管炎病鸡的红细胞C_(3b)受体和免疫复合物。测定结果:红细胞C_(3b)受体为7.33±0.99%;免疫复合物为5.20±0.05%。与健康对照鸡相比,病鸡红细胞C_(3b)受体数量明显减少,相差极显著(P<0.01),而免疫复合物数量差异不明显(P>0.05)。研究表明,病雏鸡红细胞C_(3b)受体明显减少,红细胞免疫功能下降,这可能是引起鸡传染性支气管炎爆发的重要原因之一。That the C_(3b) receptors and immunocomplexes of red blood cells from 15 cases of ten day old chicks with infectious bronchitis were determined by a immune rosette test revealed the receptors were 7. 33±0.99%, and the immunocomplexes were 5. 20±0.16%. In comparison with healthy control chicks, the C_(3b) receptors of affected chicks'red blood cells were reduced obviously, their difference was much significant(p<0.01), but the difference of immunocomplexes was not significant(p>0.05). This work suggested marked reduction of C_(3b) receptors and fall of immunologic functions of affected chicks'red blood cells might be one of important reasons causing outbreak of avian infectious bronchitis.
