摘　　要：目的　为临床用人工肾透析液中氯化物总含量建立专属性测定方法。方法　采用吸附指示剂法测定人工肾透析液中氯化物总含量。结果　氯化物的平均加样回收率为 98 1% ,RSD为 1 9% (n =6 )。结论　本法简便、快速、重复性好 。Aim To establish a method for determining the total content of chloride in dialysis solution for artificial kidney.Method The total content of chloride was determined by absobbing indicator method. Result The average recovery of cholrid were 98 1% with RSD 1 9%( n =6).Conclusion This method was proved to be simple,quick and reproducible, and provided a reliable basis for the qualtiy control and evalution of dialysis solution for artificial kidney.
