产毒素多杀巴氏杆菌和支气管败血波氏杆菌在猪萎缩性鼻炎中的流行病学研究  被引量:3

摘  要:从发生临床型萎缩性鼻炎的7个猪场的319头猪的鼻腔分离多杀巴氏杆菌,其中获得A型20株,内有产毒素株5株,D型85株,内有产毒素株76株。产毒素菌株占总分离株的77.1%(81/105)。各年龄的猪均有产毒素株感染。另从临床型萎缩性鼻炎阴性的3个猪场共95头猪的鼻腔分得A型多杀巴氏杆菌1株和D型12株,后者仅1株产生毒素。从此10个猪场的不同年龄猪的鼻腔均分离到支气管败血波氏杆菌,此菌阳性检出率为47.8%(196/412),其感染率与萎缩性鼻炎的发生率无关。调查结果表明,产毒素多杀巴氏杆菌与临床型萎缩性鼻炎的发生有关,支气管败血波氏杆菌感染有助于产毒素多杀巴氏杆菌在猪鼻腔定居,二者混合感染导致猪发生严重的持续性萎缩性鼻炎。饲养管理不良可以促进产毒素多杀巴氏杆菌的传播,加重疫情的发展。From 1988 till 1991, Pm and Bb were ep-idemiologically investigated on ten pig farms positive or negative for clinical infectious atro-phic rhinitis in Guangdong) Jilin, Beijing and Hubei. 81 strains of toxigenic Pm were isolated from pigs of various age range on seven AR p-ositive pig farms, of which the type A were 5 strains and the type D were 76 strains. The rate of toxigenic strains Pm to the total Pm strains isolated was 77.1% ( 81/105 ). One strain of toxigenic type D Pm was isolated from pigs on three AR negative farms which frequency was 1 /13.Bb were isolated from pigs of different age ranges, which positive detectable rate was 47.8% ( 196/412 ) . This result revealed that toxigenic Pm is responsitible for clinical AR's taking place, but Bb infection rate isn't associated with AR incidence. Bb infection can help Pm with its settling in pig maesl esvity so that severe persistent AR in pig will happen.
