摘  要:目的 观察刺五加注射液对“血瘀症”模型小鼠骨髓微循环的影响。方法 ①辐射损伤法建立急性“血瘀症”小鼠骨髓血瘀症模型 ;②取 6周龄雌性小鼠随机分为正常、模型、模型 +刺五加注射液和模型 +复方丹参注射液 4组 ,分别观测骨髓毛细动脉根数、面积和骨髓造血组织容量百分率。结果 刺五加注射液能增加急性“血瘀症”小鼠骨髓微动脉根数、面积和骨髓造血组织容量百分率 (均P <0 .0 1)。结论 血府逐瘀口服液能明显改善急性“瘀血症”小鼠骨髓微循环。Objective To observe the effect of acanthopanax injection on the bone marrow microcirculation in mice with acute blood stasis. Methods Model mice with acute blood stasis were caused by radiation. 6-week aged female mice were randomly divided into the normal group, the model group, acanthopanax injection group (radiation damaged mice treated with acanthopanax injection) and Composite Dan-shen injection group (radiation damaged mice treated with Composite Dan-shen parenteral solution). The number and the area of the bone marrow arteriocapilly, percent of capacity of hemopoietic tissue were observed respectively. Results Injection of acanthopanax can increase the number and the area of the bone marrow arteriocapillary and the percentage of the capacity of hemapoietic tissue in mice with acute blood stasis (P<0.01). Conclusions Injection of acanthopanax can significantly improve the bone marrow microcirculation in mice with acute blood stasis.
