摘　　要：根据多年从事“三同时”验收工作的实践经验 ,以及参加相关学习的心得 ,提出了生态型建设项目验收调查实施方案和报告的编写格式 ,以便于环境管理部门审核和审定 。In this article, the authors propose a format for preparation of investigation program and report of acceptance check for ecotype construction projects, based on their many years of experience in acceptance check of '3 simultaneous', and on what they have gained in relative study. This format will facilitate the examination and approval by environmental management agencies, and will serve for the investigation of acceptance check in terms of environmental protection for completed construction projects.
