摘　　要：针对昆明市世博、新迎片烟尘控制区环境监测中存在的问题 ,提出了解决方法 :加强环保宣传 ,提高环境意识 ;加强人员素质培养 ,提高管理水平 ;加强除尘脱硫技术的研究和推广 ,从源头抓起 ,减少污染等 ,这样 ,才能管理好烟尘控制区 ,真正达到烟尘控制的目的。In view of the issues existing in the environmental monitoring of two smoke dust control zones, Kunming Expo district and Xinyun district, this article proposes relevant solutions, that is, to enhance environmental protection propaganda, increase environmental protection awareness and people's qualification, strengthen management level and study and promotion of dust collection technology, and to reduce pollution at sources. Only in this way, can smoke dust zone be well managed, and can target of controlling smoke dust be achieved.
