摘　　要：目的　探讨氯原酸体外诱生α干扰素的药效学作用。方法　用方阵滴定法 ,观察氯原酸体外诱生的人白细胞中α干扰素 ,抑制单纯性疱疹病毒致Hep 2细胞凋亡的情况。结果　氯原酸药液随浓度的稀释而逐渐减少对Hep 2细胞凋亡的防护作用。结论　氯原酸能够在体外诱生人外周血白细胞中α干扰素 ,并随药物浓度的降低 。Objective To study the pharmacodynamic effects of chlorogenic acid on the induction of α interferon in human leucocyte in vitro .Methods By means of the square drops,the inhibition of α interferon induced by chlorogenic acid in human leucocyte in vitro was observed on the Hep 2 cultured cell apoptosis caused by herpes simplex virus.Results With the consistency of the chlorogenic acid diluting, the drug could lose the protection for the Hep 2 apoptosis by the virus.Conclusion The chlorogenic acid can induce α interferon in human leucocyte in vitro . With the consistency of the drug diluting, the potency will gradually reduce.
