摘　　要：近年来胡绳先生关于新民主主义的再评价、社会主义关系问题的论述一度引发了学界的广泛争论。透过这场争论,我们发现其起因实际根植于胡绳先生晚年历史观的变化。文章试图从历史研究的理论框架、对领袖人物的评价及以生产力标准再度审视中国近现代史三个方面,来揭示这一变化,进而肯定胡绳这一转化的积极意义。Mr. Hu Sheng reappraised neo-democratism and discussed the relations of socialism a few years ago, which has given rise to an extensive debate lately in the field of history. From this debate is found the very fact that Mr. Hu's reappraisal is rooted in the changes of his own historic viewpoints during his late years. This paper attempts to reveal the changes from three aspects: the theoretic framework of history studies, the reappraisal of the leader roles and the standard of productivity.
