摘　　要：文章介绍了学习型组织的基本概念,分析了数字化进程中图书馆员的知识结构需求以及图书馆建立学习型组织的重要意义,并在此基础上结合图书馆的特点,提出图书馆构建学习型组织的措施。This paper introduces the concept of learning organization and analyzes the demands on the structure of the librarian's knowledge, which is needed to go with the library's digitization. It also discusses the significance of setting up a learning organization for the library. A few measures are proposed to set up the learning organization, with characteristics of the library taken into account.
