摘 要:目的 设计一种治疗跟骨骨折的新型外固定器 ,并测试生物力学强度 ,观察近期临床效果。方法 采用7具较新鲜的人足部标本进行生物力学测试 ,并对 30例 36足跟骨骨折采用可调式跟骨外固定器治疗 ,平均随访12个月。结果 跟骨骨折采用此固定器后极限载荷能达到 4 84 2N ,能承载人体载荷 8.2BW。 30例 36足均获随访 ,术前Bohler角平均 2° ,术后平均 30° ,优良率 95 %。结论 可调式跟骨外固定器治疗跟骨骨折能满足足部生物力学要求 ,操作简单 ,固定可靠 ,使跟骨达到解剖复位 。Objective To evaluate the biomechanical stability and the preliminary of self designed external fixation device for calcanceal fracture. Methods Seven fresh body heel specimens were collected for biomechanics testing and thirty 36 pes calcanceal fractures were treated by calcanceal fracture with adjustable external fixation device (CFEFD). Results The maximum limit load of these calcanceal fractures under this fixation divice is 4824 N which can bear the load of human body of 8.2 BW.All these thirty 36 pes calcanceal fractures are followed by follow up observation,where the preoperative Bohler angle averages 2° and the postoperative Bohler angle 30°. The optimum performance ratio yields 95%. Conclusion This device is easy to operate and security is reliable,the treatment of CFEFD can not only satisfy the biomechanics requirements for human feet,but it can also effect anatomical reduction in the calcaneus heel bone and accelerate desirable recovery of heel function.
