摘　　要：以新疆减四线油 (HVGO)为原料 ,采用 3934/ 3935加氢处理催化剂 ,在小型加氢裂化装置上进行了工艺条件考察 ,确定了转化深度与粘度指数的关系。在此基础上进行了中型试验。中试结果表明 ,以HVGO为原料 ,采用 3934/ 3935催化剂及配套工艺能生产MVI2 5滑油基础油。其副产品也满足各自的使用指标。The process for producing lubricating base oil from Xin-jiang HVGO using the industrial producing 3934/3935 catalyst was studied on a small-scale hydrocracking unit, the correlation between conversion level and viscosity index was also analyzed. Followed that,the process in a middle-size pilot plant based on the result of small-scale test showed: under appropriate conditions, the process for the production of MVI250 and HVI400 from Xin-jiang HVGO by hydroctreated catalyst 3934/3935 was available, the properties of by-products could accord with their separately standards.
