摘　　要：介绍了利用丙烯酸酯核壳共聚乳液生产硬挺剂的方法。研究了反应温度与乳液稳定性之间的关系 ,进一步探讨了乳液结构、单体组成对产品硬挺性能的影响。据此 ,确定了此硬挺剂工业生产的条件和工艺。最后 ,定量的检测了该产品的硬挺指标 。The synthesis method of stiffening agent was introduced in this paper. The relation between reaction temperature and emulsion stability was studied. The effect of emulsion structure and monomer composition on stiffness was discussed. The process and conditions of stiffening agent production were determined. The stiffening agent index was measured, the result was very good.
