摘　　要：　研究了稀土在硫酸盐体系电镀锌镍合金中的作用。通过实验发现,镀液中加入稀土后,能增大锌镍合金电沉积的阴极极化,使镀层变得更为平整光亮,同时能改善镀层的耐蚀性能,最后讨论了稀土的作用机理。In this article,the effects of rare earth on Zn-Ni alloy electroplating from sulfate bath have been studied.Through experiment,it has been found that after the addition of rare earth to bath the cathodic polarization of Zn-Ni co-deposition could be greatly increased,which made the coating more finishing and brighter.And the anti-corrosion perfomance of the coating is also improved.In the end,the mechanism of the effects of rare earth on coating has been discussed.
