摘 要: 采用5 Br PADAP光度法测定酸性光亮镀锡铅钴合金镀液中的微量钴,优选出最佳测定波长。研究了酸度、Tween 80的用量、甘油的用量、显色剂的用量和干扰离子对测定的影响,钴金量在0~12μg/25ml范围内,符合郎比定律。该方法快速简便,可用于实际应用当中。Micro cobalt in new acidic bright Sn-Pb-Co alloy was determined by spectrophotometric method using 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5 diethylaminophenol (5-PADAP) as chromogenic agent,and the optimal measuring wavelength was selected.The effects of acidity,concentration of Tween-80,glycerin and chromogenic agent,and interfering ions were studied.The relationship between absorbance and cobalt content following Beer's law provided that cobalt content was among 0 and 12/25ml.The method is both fast and high veracity in addition to its simplicity and has good value for application.
