摘　　要：　研究了钢桥面防腐蚀涂装前的喷砂除锈设备与工艺问题,针对钢桥面大面积防腐蚀涂装施工要求工期短、质量高和无尘生产的特点,对比了二类喷砂除锈设备,提出了采用高效无尘喷砂除锈设备的建议,并介绍了该设备的工作原理和在钢桥面施工实例中的工艺。The paper discusses the shot blasting equipment and productive procedure for preparing surface treatment on steel bridge deck. It suggests that the high efficiency and dust-free shot blasting equipment should be adopted to meet the demand for short-term, high quality and dust-free production on large area corrosion protection of steel bridge deck. The working principle of this equipment and the practical procedure on steel bridge deck are introduced in this paper.
