摘　　要：Requirement and requirement expression of conceptual modeling, and UML criterion description is the base of modeling and simulation. Taking simulation of integrated air defense as an example, at first, contents of simulation system for structure of air defense system, multi-communication structure, chain transform, technology configuration, description of attack and defense tasks, air tactics, belligerent rule, campaign process and attack and defense project etc. were analyzed and compared. High layer task was allocated, and campaign project was confirmed via emulator. The detail functions of simulation in integrated air defense were described with UML active diagram based on flow chart.Requirement and requirement expression of conceptual modeling, and UML criterion description is the base of modeling and simulation.
