萘普生联合双异丙酚在人工流产术中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨应用萘普生联合双异丙酚行人工流产术的镇痛效果及宫颈扩张作用。方法　选择要求终止妊娠的早孕妇女 15 0例 ,随机分为 3组 ,分别在人工流产术时单独应用萘普生栓、双异丙酚及联合应用萘普生栓和双异丙酚。观察术中镇痛效果、扩宫的难易程度、手术时间及手术并发症等。结果　应用萘普生栓的两组的宫颈完全松弛率均明显多于单独应用双异丙酚组 (P <0 .0 1) ,手术时间亦明显缩短 (P <0 .0 1) ,麻醉药物用量减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,术中反应少 (P <0 .0 1) ;单独使用萘普生栓组的无痛率明显多于应用了双异丙酚的两组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　人工流产术前 15分钟直肠应用萘普生栓可达到良好的宫颈扩张效果 ,萘普生栓联合双异丙酚能有效提高手术质量 ,减少并发症。Objective To study the effect of rectal naproxon application to soften and facilitate cervix dilatation and the result of painless in induced abortion before ten weeks of gestation with propofol total intravenous anesthesia.Methods 150 women induced abortion were randomly allocated to three groups,①receiving naproxon by rectum only;②receiving propofol total intravenous anesthesia only,③receiving both naproxon and propofol.We observed the facility and the time of operation,the side effect during the operation.Results The cervical dilatation were significantly easier and the time required for operation were significantly shorter in the groups which received naproxon in rectum before operation than the group without naproxon (P<0.01)。The rate of painless were significantly higher in the groups which received propofol total intraverous anesthesia than the group without propofol (P<0.01).Conclusions Receiving naproxon in the rectum before induced abortion would significantly facilitate cervical,and the application of naproxon with propofol total intravenous anesthesia can benefit the operation of induced abortion.
