摘　　要：目的　探讨肺心病急性加重期 1,2 5 - (OH) 2 D3 改变及其改变的原因。方法　测定了 4 8例患者血1,2 5 - (OH) 2 D3 、2 5 - (OH)D3 、甲状旁腺素 (PTH)和血钙磷镁 (SCa、SP、SMg)。结果　与对照组相比 ,病人组 1,2 5 - (OH) 2 D3 、2 5 - (OH)D3 、PTH、SCa和SMg显著降低 (P均 <0 .0 1)。 2 5 - (OH)D3 低于均值组的 1,2 5 -(OH) 2 D3 值显著低于 2 5 - (OH)D3 高于均值组者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PTH低于均值组的 1,2 5 - (OH) 2 D3 值显著低于PTH高于均值组者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　肺心病急性加重期时 1,2 5 - (OH) 2 D3 显著降低 ;2 5 - (OH)D3 和PTH的降低是 1,2 5 - (OH) 2 D3 降低的原因。应予该病患者适量补充药物性维生素D。Objective: To study the change of serum 1,25-(OH) 2D 3 and the reasons for the change of serum 1,25-(OH) 2D 3 in patients with advanced cor pulmonale.Methods:The serum 1,25-(OH) 2D 3, 25-(OH)D 3,parathormone(PTH) and the serum calcium,phosphorus and magnesium(Sca, SP, SMg)were measured in 48 cases with the disease. Results: Compared with the control group,the serum 1,25-(OH) 2D 3,25-(OH)D 3,PTH and the SCa,SMg were lower significantly( P <0.01),SP was not significantly lower. In the patient group,the 1,25-(OH) 2D 3 of those whose 25-(OH) D 3 and PTH were lower than their separate mean values was decreased significantly( P <0.05, P <0.01),compared with the 1,25-(OH) 2D 3 of those whose 25-(OH) D 3 and PTH were higher than their separate mean values despectively.Conclusions: 1,25-(OH) 2D 3 were decreased obviously in the patients. Descreased 25-(OH) D 3 and PTH were the reasons of the decreased 1,25-(OH) 2D 3. It was necessary for the patients to be supplied with VitD 3 properly.
