慢性再生障碍性贫血患者红细胞天然免疫活性与血浆IL-6,IL-8和TNF-α水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性再生障碍性贫血(慢性再障)患者红细胞天然免疫活性与血浆IL-6,IL-8和TNF-α水平的改变。方法分别采用PCR技术和放射免疫技术对36例慢性再障患者的红细胞天然免疫活性及血浆IL-6,IL-8和TNF-α进行检测。结果慢性再障患者红细胞CR1基因组HH型所占比列和红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞的能力较正常对照组显著下降。血浆IL-6,IL-8和TNF-α水平较正常对照组显著升高。结论监测慢性再障患者的红细胞天然免疫活性及血浆IL-6,IL-8和TNF-α水平有助于了解病情的变化。Objective:To study the changes of erythrocyte natural immune activity and plasma IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αlevels in patients with chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:Erythrocyte natural immune activity and plasma IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αlevels in patients with36cases chronic aplastic anemia were detected using polymerase chain reaction and radio-immunity assay respectively.Results:The HH type percent of erythrocyte complement receptor1genome and erythrocye immune adhering tumor cell activity of chronic aplastic anemia group were significantly lower in comparison with those of normal control group.The plasma IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αlevels of chronic aplastic anemia group were significantly higher than those of normal control group.Conclusion:Monitoring the change of erythrocyte natural immune activity and plasma IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αlevels in patients with chronic aplastic anemia is useful in comprehend-ing the state of the illness.
