摘　　要：目的观察并分析透穴为埋线治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎的效果。方法治疗组采用透穴为主埋线疗法治疗,对照组采用中药治疗,观察二组患者症状改善情况。结果治疗组的症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P< 0.05)。结论透穴为主埋线治疗颈肩肌筋膜炎效果显著,且不需要麻醉、痛苦少、无毒副作用。Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of Cervicoshoulder Myofascitis treated by im-planting catgut through point mainly.Methods:The treatment group was treated by implanting catgut through point maily,the control group was treated with traditional medicine and Mesulid,meanwhile and the curative effect of patients was observed.Results:The curative effect of symptoms in the treatment group was signifi-cantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Catgut implanted through point mainly is signifi-cantly effective in treating cervicoshoulder myfascitis with no side-effect and no harm to the patients,and no anesthesia.
