高效液相法测定风湿安泰片中绿原酸的含量

摘　　要：为测定风湿安泰片中的绿原酸含量 ,采用HPLC的方法 ,用C18色谱柱 ,以乙腈 - 0 4 %磷酸溶液 (10∶90 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 32 7nm。结果显示 ,绿原酸进样量在 0 13μg～ 1 82 μg线性关系良好 ,r=0 9994 ,平均加样回收率为 98 34% ,RSD =1 17%。此法简便、可靠、准确、重现性好 ,可用于风湿安泰片的质量控制。To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in “Fengshi Antai Tablet” by HPLC, the column C18 was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-.04% phosphoric acid solution (10:90). The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm. Results: For chlorogenic acid, the linear range was 0.13 μg-1.82μg, r=0.9994; the average recovery rate was 98.34% with RSD =1.17%. This method is simple, reliable, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of “Fengshi Antai Tablet”.
