摘 要:采用升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器处理啤酒废水,在UASB反应器流态分布模型的基础上,假设UASB反应器分为下部完全混合的厌氧污泥床系统,中部完全混合的污泥悬浮层系统和上部推流式三相分离区系统,在运行中的COD降解规律符合Monod方程,推导出UASB反应器的动力学方程式.从中可知,反应器运行情况和反应器的高度有关,反应器的最佳优化高度为4 5~6m,其中污泥床高度2~2 5m较为合适.试验结果证明,UASB反应器内存在明显的颗粒污泥区和污泥悬浮区,稳定运行COD的容积负荷可达6~6 5kg/m3,COD去除率75%~80%左右,并具有启动速度快,颗粒污泥容易形成,耐冲击性负荷强等特点.Brewery wastewater was treated by UASB, with the completed mixing anaerobic sludge bed at the lower part, the completed mixing suspended sludge layer at the middle part and the plug-flow three-phase separator at the upper part. Results show that the degradation reaction of COD accords with the Monod equation. The two theories of UASB were combined together here. After being validated by test study, some conclusions could be reasoned out. That is the performances of UASB lie on the height of the reactor, the optimum height of reactor is 4.5-6.0 m and the appropriate height of sludge bed is 2-2.5 m, the obvious particulate sludge area and suspended sludge area form in UASB, the COD volume loading could be up to 6-6.5 kg/m3, the removal of COD is 75%-80%. Some other advantages of UASB are fast starting, particulate sludge forming easily and enduring pulse loading etc.
