摘 要:采用化学合成方法制备β 磷酸三钙(β TCP),通过研磨获得纳米级粒子。采用机械搅拌混合、超声振荡混合、分散剂研磨后超声混合等3种方法,将纳米β TCP与聚乳酸混合制得复合材料,用扫描电镜观察。结果表明:用一缩二乙二醇作分散剂研磨后,再经超声混合,可以使纳米粒子在复合材料中分散均匀,纳米β TCP与聚乳酸基体之间结合良好,粒子大小仅为300nm左右。Nano-β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP) is prepared by chemical method followed by grinding in a ball grinder. Three routes were used to prepare nanocomposites by mixing poly(1-lactide) with nano-β-TCP,the first is to blend nano-β-TCP with poly(1-lactide) by stirring,supersonic vibration is applied in the second route, the third,poly(1-lactide) is mixed with β-TCP using diethylene glycol as dispersant by supersonic vibration. The dispersion of nano-β-TCP in the composite is observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the nanoparticles of β-TCP could be dispersed uniformly in the composite by using the third route, the diameters of nanoparticles are about 300 nm.
