摘　　要：本文从网络信息资源的重要作用出发 ,对其开发利用的必要性、技术、方法进行较为深入的论述 ,并提出相应对策。This paper starts from the importance of Internet information resources,discusses the necessary,technologies and methods on the exploitation and utility of information,and finally puts forward the strategy of fully exploiting and utilizing information resources on the Internet.
