摘　　要：在计算机和网络高速发展的今天 ,科技期刊编辑如何使高新技术为我所用 ,已经成为众多编辑人员研究的新课题。文章就此论述了科技期刊编辑办公的自动化与网路化的重要性以及实现的前提条件。科技期刊编辑应实现来稿登记、专家审稿登记、稿件的处理意见、版面费及审稿费等的办公自动化管理和建立自己的网站网上收稿、审稿以及与作者、审稿专家联系等通过网络来实现的具体的网络化管理。Now the high-speed developing of computer and network,how the science and technology journal editor using high-new technology have become the new researching task of many editors.The article discusses the significance of automatization and network of science and technology journal editor handling official business work and premise condition of coming true.The science and technology editor should carry out OA management of the manuscript registering,the expert examining manuscript registering,the manuscript handling opinion,the space of a whole page fee and the fee of examining manuscript etc.The editor should also build up own net station and carry out the idiographic network management including of accepting manuscript,examining manuscript and the connection between the author and the expert of examining manuscript,etc.
