摘　　要：由于组织的分散性、网络性和动态性等特点 ,虚拟项目团队将面临如何建立相互信任的挑战 ,团队成员需要学会如何信任一个快速、临时性、多学科和分布式的工作群组。论文分析了项目任务的结构特点及其对团队成员间信任依赖关系的影响 ,最后对虚拟项目团队的信任机制进行了研究。With the feature of disperse,networking and dynamic,virtual project team's problem is how organizations can rise to the trust challenge,team members need to learn how to trust a swift,temporary and distributed workgroups. This paper analyses structure feature of a project task and its effect on trust relation of team members,and virtual project team's trust mechanism is investigated.
