反相高效液相色谱法测定疹痒康合剂中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:用反相高效液相色谱法测定疹痒康合剂中芍药苷的含量。方法:采用HYPERSIL C_(18)分析柱(300mm×4.6mm,5μm)。流动相:0.05 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾水溶液-乙腈(82:18 VIV)。检测波长:230 nm。流速:1 mL·min^(-1)。结果:芍药苷在1～5μg(r=0.999 6)范围内呈线性。芍药苷的加样回收率为100.66％,RSD=0.80％。结论:该检验方法简便、准确,可用于制剂的质量控制。Objective: To assay paeoniflorin in zhenyangkang mixture by RP-HPLC. Method: Use HYPERSIL C_(18) column (300 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) as the stationary phase, and 0.05 mol·L^(-1) potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetontrile (82:18 V/V) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 230 um, and the flow rate 1 mL·min^(-1). Results: Paeoniflorin calibration curves had a good linearity at the range of 1-5 μg, r=0.999 6. The average recovery was 100.66%, and RSD 0.80%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate; and can be used to the quality control, of zhenyangkang mixture.
