摘　　要：目的:观察降酶保肝合剂对CCl_4皮下注射致大鼠急性肝损伤的防治作用。方法:采用大鼠皮下注射CCl_4造成大鼠急性肝损伤模型并于造模前、后灌胃给药。结果:该剂能改善CCl_4致急性肝损伤模型大鼠血清ALT、AST和SOD、MDA、GSH指标;对肝细胞病变有一定程度的保护作用。结论:降酶保肝合剂抗肝损伤的作用与其降酶,清除活性氧自由基、抗脂质过氧化反应有关。Objective: To investigate the protective effects of Jiang Mei Bao Gan Mixture on acute liver injury. Methods: Liver injury model was employed by injection of carbon tetrachloride (CCl_4). Results: The results suggested that Jiang Mei Bao Gan mixture could decrease ALT, AST activities and MDA content, and improve SOD, GSH activities in serum. It could lessen steatois degree. Conclusion: Jiang Mei Bao Gan Mixtrue had the marked effects of preventing liver injury, which related to its effects of decreasing ALT, AST activities and anti-lipid peroxidation in liver injury.
