摘　　要：目的:优化红景天的提取工艺。方法:运用正交设计法进行实验设计,用高效液相色谱法测定提取物中红景天苷的含量。结果:确认最佳提取方案为8倍量水,提取2h/次,提取3次。结论:用上述方法可以优化提取工艺。Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Rhodiola Sacra. Methods: Designing the experiment by orthogonal design and determining the content of Salidroside in the extracts by HPLC. Results: The optimizing extraction method was confirmed, which is 8-fold water, 2 hours once time and 3 times. Conclusion: Extraction technology can be optimized by the above-mentioned methods.
